In the process of oilfield exploitation, a large amount of oily sewage will be produced. At present, in the treatment process of oily sewage, the oil removal effect of sewage is not ideal.

The oil removal rate of sewage is low, especially the removal effect of polar oil in sewage is poor, and most of the oil removal processes are complicated, the cost is high, the sewage treatment cycle is long, and the working conditions are unstable.

Therefore, the existing technology still needs to be improved and developed.

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a petrochemical oily sewage suspended sludge bed treatment method and an SSF sewage oil removal system, so as to solve the problem of the low oil removal rate of the sewage oil removal process in the prior art.

For this purpose, the present invention adopts the following technical solutions:

A method for treating a petrochemical oily sewage suspended sludge bed, comprising the following steps:

  • Add water purifier and flocculant to sewage;
  • Put the sewage added with water purifier and flocculant into the tank mixer and mix it evenly;
  • The sewage mixed in the tank mixer is passed into the SSF sewage purifier, and a coagulant aid is added between the tank mixer and the SSF sewage purifier.

It can effectively remove suspended solids and oil-containing particles in water to achieve removal.

The sewage added with water purifier and flocculant first flows into the tank mixer for mixing, which is conducive to the full mixing of the chemical and the sewage, and improves the oil removal effect.
