The bypass water processor is a common component used for sterilization and descaling in the circulating water system.
In the existing bypass water processor, the filter screen is easily blocked by the dirt in the flowing water, which affects the water flow velocity of the water outlet.
Every time it is used for a period of time, it is often necessary to spend a lot of clean water to rinse it repeatedly to wash away the dirt that blocks the mesh.
At the same time, in the prior art, the filter screen needs to be removed during backwashing and overflushing, and the filter screen needs to be manually scrubbed with a cleaning brush, and the labor cost is relatively high and there are many steps for loading and unloading the filter screen.
In order to remove the impurities in the filter cartridge under the filter screen in time, the blowdown valve needs to open/close the blowdown outlet frequently, and the service life of the blowdown valve becomes very short, which increases the working cost.

When backwashing the filter screen, the backwashing water flows in from the outer hole side of the V-shaped hole and rushes out from the inner hole side.
During the process, the water flow is pressed by the sidewall of the V-shaped hole, and the water pressure is continuously increased, so the dirt that blocks the inner hole can be easily washed away, which solves the technical problem that the traditional filter needs to be washed repeatedly to open the screen.
At the same time, the coarse filter screen with a larger pore size in the coarse filter cartridge is used to pre-filter the bypass water to prevent the dirt with too large particles from directly entering the main filter cartridge and improve the filtering efficiency of the main filter screen.
