Why use BLU-SZB-06 series Resin Trap Filter?
At present, the water temperature of high-temperature condensate produced during the production of power generation and heating units in the power industry, petrochemical, metallurgy, and other industries is generally between 70 and 140 ℃. When this high-temperature condensate is treated by a condensate polishing device, its ion exchange resin is broken and leaked, which needs to be captured by resin capture device to avoid serious corrosion to the boiler.
The existing conventional resin trap filter of condensate polishing system can only be applied to the temperature below 55 ℃. After exceeding this temperature, the lining layer of the condensate polishing resin capture device will age and fall off, resulting in equipment corrosion and iron ion pollution to the system.
Moreover, in the regeneration process of ion exchange resin, the heat expansion and cold contraction of the finishing device will cause leakage at the inlet and outlet, the connection between the flange cover and the body, and the internal resin capture device will be slightly deformed so that the system can not operate.

Installation of BLU-SZB-06 series Resin Trap Filter
The high-temperature resistant condensate polishing resin trap filter comprises a shell, a resin trap is arranged in the shell, a flange cover is arranged on the top of the shell, a water inlet pipe and a water outlet pipe connected with the internal space of the shell are arranged on the sidewall of the shell, and the inner surface of the shell is covered with a first lining layer of high temperature and corrosion-resistant rubber.
The shell is made of stainless steel or carbon steel.
The inner surfaces of the water inlet pipe and the water outlet pipe are covered with a second lining layer of high-temperature and corrosion-resistant rubber.
The free ends of the water inlet pipe and the water outlet pipe are connected with the external device through a flange, and a sealing gasket is arranged between the free ends of the water inlet pipe and the water outlet pipe and the flange.
The resin trapper comprises a filter plate and a resin trap filter screen, the filter plate divides the internal space of the shell into two subspaces, the water inlet pipe is connected with the internal subspace of the shell where the filter element is located, and the water outlet pipe is connected with the internal subspace of the other shell.
The bottom of the shell is provided with a grease discharge pipe communicated with the inner subspace of the shell where the filter element is located.
The resin capture device also includes legs for supporting the housing.
Advantage of BLU-SZB-06 series Resin Trap Filter
The high-temperature condensate polishing resin capture device of the BLU-SZB-06 series is covered with a first lining layer of high-temperature and corrosion-resistant rubber on the inner surface of the shell. The lining layer can withstand the temperature of 70 ~ 140 ℃, and it is not easy to fall off when working at this temperature for a long time, so as to delay the aging speed of the lining layer, so as to protect the steel shell and prevent iron ions from polluting the system.
