Why use the BLU-JQZ-04 Filter Element?
Residue raw materials contain a large number of particulate impurities. To ensure that particulate impurities in the raw materials are not brought into the reactor, the differential pressure of the catalyst bed will rise rapidly, at the same time, it protects the high-pressure feed pump and prevents the inlet of the feed pump from clogging. The raw material filter is very important.
The wire mesh filter element is easy to be clogged in actual operation, and the backwashing is not thorough. It is not suitable for filtering the vacuum residue processed by the device.

Precautions In The Use Of BLU-JQZ-04 Filter Element
- The filter element is not clogged uniformly. The bottom of each filter element is more clogged than the upper part, and the surrounding filter elements in each filter housing are more clogged than the middle filter element.
This problem is caused by the length of the filter element being too long, you can increase the number of filter elements, reduce the length of each filter element.
- How to backwash?
When backwashing, the filter shell is filled with residual oil or soaking oil. First, the filter shell is filled with N2 to 0.7～0.8kPa.
Then suddenly open the drain valve at the bottom to flush out the impurities on the filter element.
The resistance caused by the backwashing process includes the resistance of the oil in the upper cavity through the inner part of the filter tube, and the resistance of the oil in the filter element to flush the filter element outward. The resistance of the oil in the filter housing to drain into the dirty oil tank through the drain valve and pipeline.
Only when there is the resistance between the inside and outside of the filter element, that is, there is a differential pressure between the inside and the outside, the impurities on the filter element can be washed off.
BLU-JQZ-04 wedge wire filter element has a high degree of automation during operation and does not require operator maintenance, which greatly saves labor intensity. The use of forwarding displacement of raw oil and N2 reverse pressure flushing can effectively prevent the backwashing medium from bringing solid particles into it.
