What is BLU-BSQ-H-06 Series Water Header & Hub Lateral System For Wastewater Treatment
“Water distribution” is to arrange the water volume according to a certain law on a certain working area. The most common is to distribute the water evenly on the working face. The device to complete this task is called the water Header & Hub Lateral system. In wastewater treatment, it is mainly aimed at the water distribution of the anaerobic process section. The wastewater is evenly distributed to the bottom of the pool through the water distributor to optimize the water distribution and improve the biochemical effect.
The existing sewage treatment water distribution technology adopts the installation of a water distribution pipe network at the bottom of the pool, the pipe network is perforated, the water pump is lifted into the water header & hub lateral screen pipe, and the water flows out through the water distribution pipe. The main disadvantage of the prior art is that the pool body has a large area, and although the pipe screen is evenly distributed, most of the water flows out at the nearest opening, and there is almost no wastewater flow out at the distal opening, resulting in uneven water distribution and affecting the biochemical effect of wastewater.
The purpose of the BLU-BSQ-H-06 series water header & hub lateral is to provide a water distributor for wastewater treatment, which has the advantage of uniform water distribution, so as to solve the technical problem of uneven water distribution due to the large area of the existing tank and the uniform distribution of the pipe screen, but most of the water flows out at the nearest opening and almost no wastewater flows out at the far end opening.
The water lateral screen system is usually used to arrange the amount of water in a certain working area. The most common is to distribute water evenly on the working surface. Common water distributors include perforated pipes, sprinklers, filter heads, and rotary water distributors.
The water lateral screen filter system in the sewage treatment sand filter is to set the wedge wire branch pipe on the main pipe, and the lower side of each branch pipe is evenly arranged with many gaps of the same size.
The water for backwashing the filter tank flows from the main pipe to the branch pipe and then flows out from the holes of the branch pipe to flush the filter sand evenly upwards.
Usually, the branch pipes are arranged in parallel or radially on the main pipe, and the uniformity of water distribution needs to be improved.
Role of UASB anaerobic tank water lateral screen system in industrial wastewater treatment
The anaerobic water lateral screen filter system is an indispensable part of the UASB anaerobic tank in industrial sewage treatment.
The anaerobic water distributor has the functions of water distribution and hydraulic mixing. In order to ensure the realization of these two functions, the following principles should be met:
- The anaerobic water lateral screen filter system is designed so that the flow distributed to each point is the same, so as to ensure that the water inflow per unit area is basically the same and to prevent short circuits.
- It is easy to observe that the water inlet pipe is blocked. When the blockage is found, it must be easily eliminated.
- The inlet pipe of the anaerobic water distributor must be about 30cm higher than the liquid level for maintenance, and all inlet pipes must be connected in series with wire or iron wire to avoid falling off.
- It shall meet the needs of hydraulic environmental mixing of anaerobic sludge bed as far as possible to ensure the rapid mixing of influent organic matter and sludge.
