Small ponds are mostly used for aquaculture of aquatic products. Because the water in small ponds is dead water, it is necessary to often replace the water in small ponds. During replacement, the water pump needs to operate for a long time, which will have a great impact on the aquatic products in the ponds. - The machine has a drum-shaped metal frame, the drum rotates around the horizontal axis, and a wedge wire rotary drum screen is attached to it.
- The micro-screen filter consists of three processes: sewage inflow, filter screen filtration, and sludge discharge, and filtered water discharge or enters the next treatment link.
- When the drum works, the treated wastewater enters the drum along the axial direction and flows out through the wedge wire drum screen, and the impurities in the water (fine suspended solids, fibers, pulp, etc.) are intercepted on the inner surface of the drum screen.
- When the impurities trapped on the filter screen are carried to the upper part by the drum, the impurities are washed into the blowdown tank by the backwash water outside the screen to realize the solid-liquid two-phase separation.
During the operation of the rotary drum precision filter, the viscous substances in the aquaculture water will gradually adhere to the filter screen, resulting in the smaller pore size of the filter screen and affecting the filtration capacity.
