Why Use The BLU-HG-B-01 Wedge Wire Filter?
The chemical pump is a kind of liquid material conveying equipment widely used in the chemical industry, mainly centrifugal pump, suitable for pumping corrosive liquid in the container.
Its working principle is: before the pump is turned on, the suction pipe and the pump must be filled with liquid, and after the pump is turned on, the impeller rotates at a high speed.
The liquid in it rotates with the blades, and under the action of centrifugal force, it flies away from the impeller and shoots out.
The ejected liquid gradually slows down in the diffusion chamber of the pump casing, the pressure gradually increases, and then flows out from the pump outlet and the discharge pipe.
At this time, a vacuum low-pressure area with neither air nor liquid is formed at the center of the blade due to the liquid being thrown around, and the liquid in the liquid pool flows into the pump through the suction pipe under the action of the atmospheric pressure on the pool surface.
In this way, the liquid is continuously drawn up from the liquid pool and continuously flows out of the discharge pipe.
When the liquid contains a large number of solid impurities, these impurities will continuously hit the impeller, causing the surface of the impeller to be damaged gradually.
Affect the work efficiency, and even block the impeller flow channel in severe cases, greatly reducing the outlet pressure of the pump.
At the same time, impurities in the liquid will also affect the seal of the pump, causing the pump to leak.
BLU-HG-B-01 provides a wedge wire filter device with a simple structure, which can prolong the maintenance period of chemical pumps and protect the normal operation of chemical pumps.
