Impurities cannot pass through the inner surface of the filter screen, and the liquid flows out from the outlet. As time goes by, impurities gradually increase and the pressure difference rises.

Cleaning status: The motor drives the scraper to rotate horizontally to clean the filter. When the scraper rotates, the impurities are scraped off by the scraper and flow along the filter screen to the bottom of the filter, and impurities with large specific gravity settle into the dirt-collecting chamber.

Sewage discharge status: After several cleaning cycles, impurities accumulate to a certain amount. Open the drain valve regularly to discharge waste liquid containing high concentrations of impurities.

Self-cleaning control system

HydroPro-NXR self-cleaning filter has an automatic cleaning control system. Integrated pressure difference cleaning and scheduled cleaning parallel control functions. Controls high-energy operation of the filter.
If necessary, you can also have DCMF remote real-time monitoring. Pressure difference cleaning is suitable for most occasions and is a good cleaning mode.
The pressure difference reflects the accumulation of filter cake on the surface of the filter screen or the clogging of the filter element. When the set pressure difference is reached, the self-cleaning action is started. The recommended cleaning pressure difference is 0.1MPa. It can be adjusted within the range of 0.01-0.1MPa according to working conditions.
Set scheduled cleaning between 0-24 hours. If the differential pressure mode fails, the time mode still works. As a safeguard, the cleaning cycle should be close to the average cycle in filter differential pressure cleaning mode.
There are two forms of differential pressure transmitters in automatic control systems: differential pressure switches and differential pressure transmitters.
