After using the coolant after machining, there will be more metal chips mixed in the coolant. These metal chips mixed in the coolant can easily block the pipeline and damage the machining surface. Therefore, metal shavings must be filtered before use.

In addition, a large number of fine particles produced by grinding are mixed in the grinding fluid. Natural clarification takes a very long time, and it is impossible to achieve clarification during machine tool grinding. Due to the existence of these fine particles, the grinding fluid gradually becomes turbid. Affects product accuracy, and surface finish, accelerates tool wear, and damages the cooling pump. In severe cases, it may even cause irreversible damage to the accuracy of the machine tool.
There are certain problems when using existing filters. Since the drain outlet of the filter is at the bottom, as the filter operates, the dirt that needs to be discharged will rotate with the water flow in the filter. It is difficult to fall into the sewage outlet and be discharged, and it will accumulate in the filter for a long time. At the same time, the cleaning brush and the spiral column are mostly connected by welding, which is difficult to disassemble and install, making it more difficult for workers to operate. HydroPro-JML Self Cleaning Filter Guide

HydroPro-JML self-cleaning filter adopts a mechatronics design. It consists of a driving mechanism, control pipeline (including pressure differential switch), main pipe assembly, filter element assembly, cleaning mechanism, connecting flange, and other main components. The electric controller, control pipeline, and drain valve constitute the control part of the filter and are used to realize the automatic cleaning and draining process. The control pipeline consists of differential pressure switches, pipe joints, brass tubes, and other accessories. Conventional filter products use stainless steel rotating brushes, and rotating brushes of other materials can also be selected according to different usage conditions (water temperature, water quality).

  • The default filtration precision is 100 microns and can be selected from 50 to 5000 microns. The filter area is large and the dirt-holding capacity is high. Users can customize it according to actual working conditions.
  • The cleaning method is simple, and the cleaning cycle is electronically monitored, which can realize automatic cleaning and sewage discharge. All parameters in the fully automatic self-cleaning filter control system can be adjusted.
  • Equipped with motor overload protection, which can effectively protect the motor.
  • It has the characteristics of an uninterrupted water supply and no need for bypass during cleaning and sewage discharge. Moreover, the cleaning time is short, and the water consumption for sewage discharge is small, not exceeding 3% of the total flow rate.
