Contains a large amount of fine fibers, fillers, chemicals, adhesives, and other suspended matter, as well as colloidal and soluble substances. Suppose the paper mill’s white water treatment and reuse process is not appropriate. In that case, it will not only cause pollution to the environment but also cause a waste of water resources and papermaking raw and auxiliary materials.

Papermaking technology usually includes major steps such as pulping, modulation, and papermaking. Among them, in the preparation process, the pulp used increasingly uses mechanical and recycled pulp. It also includes recycled pulp generated from recycled waste paper. The hydrophobic substances in papermaking white water are mainly composed of these pulps.

Papermaking white water has a large amount of water, but its organic pollution load is much lower than cooking black liquor and mid-stage wastewater. Many papermaking workshops use closed systems to reduce papermaking water consumption and save power consumption. It can also increase the white water reuse rate and reduce excess white water discharge.

However, the terminal filtration device of white water is very prone to clogging due to the large amount of slurry. Cleaning is difficult and the equipment needs to be turned on regularly. The cleaned sewage carries slurry into the urban pipe network, which will pollute the urban water environment. Why do you need to use a high-efficiency whitewater HydroPro-BKG self-cleaning filter?

In the paper industry, the water removed during web formation in the wet end of the paper machine and the water further removed in the vacuum box and the press is collectively referred to as “white water”. White water contains fibers, fillers, and soluble papermaking chemicals. These substances can be separated and recycled, and the filtered water can be used for spraying operations at process points that do not have high water quality requirements. Therefore, white water treatment can greatly increase raw material yield, save costs, and reduce pollution.

White water is the wastewater from the papermaking section, which comes from the papermaking process in the papermaking workshop. White water mainly contains fine fibers, fillers, coatings, and dissolved wood components. The added rubber, wet strength agent, preservatives, etc. are mainly insoluble COD and have low biodegradability. However, the filter residue of white water needs to be cleaned regularly and quantitatively. If the filter residue cannot be cleaned quickly, it will directly affect the filtration effect. Therefore, it is necessary to use high-efficiency whitewater self-cleaning filters.
