In actual use, traditional precision filters cannot monitor the air pressure inside the device in real time. When the air pressure inside the device is higher than the tolerance range, it is easy to cause the danger of explosion of the device, so that the safety of the device cannot be guaranteed, resulting in low safety performance of the device.

Advantage

By installing a safety valve on the top of the top cover, when the pressure relief of the device is carried out, the connecting end on one side of the three-way valve is matched with the air pipe to connect to an external booster pump.

The inside of the filter element can be pressurized by an external booster pump.

The water source inside the filter element is subjected to high pressure to penetrate the water source outward, so as to achieve the effect of precise filtration of the water source, and at the same time, the pressure state inside the filter element is monitored in real time through the pressure gauge.

When the internal pressure of the filter element is higher than the tolerance range, the pressure can be released in time through the pressure relief valve to avoid the danger of device explosion, so that the safety of the device is guaranteed and the safety of the device is improved.

Since the filter element is installed inside the cylinder, when the filter element is replaced, the top bolt of the connecting plate is screwed to separate from the connecting plate, and the top cover is held and rotated to separate from the filter element.

Replace by rotating the filter element until it is separated from the seat inside the bottom of the cylinder.

During installation, insert the threaded disc into the base and rotate to make the threaded disc engage with the internal thread inside the base, and then connect the threaded end in the top cover to the threaded disc by rotation.

And screw the bolt to connect the connecting plate at the bottom of the top cover with the top of the cylinder, which ensures the sealing of the top cover installation and facilitates the disassembly and replacement of the filter element, thereby improving the replacement efficiency of the filter element.

By welding a sewage outlet at the bottom of the cylinder, when collecting sewage, the threaded pipe at the bottom of the sewage pipe can be connected to an external conveying pipe, and the secondary filter can be connected to the external conveying pipe.

Open the blowdown valve to transport the dirty liquid inside the filter element to the secondary filter to facilitate the secondary filtration of the dirty liquid.

At the same time, secondary filters with different filtration effects can be selected according to different filtration media and design processes to meet the requirements of effluent water quality, thereby improving the filtration effect of sewage.

Working principle

When using, first, connect the water pipe through the water inlet on one side of the cylinder, the water pipe enters the connecting pipe through the water inlet, and the water source can be transported to the base through the connecting pipe.

The water source enters the inside of the filter element through the base, and the connecting end on one side of the three-way valve and the air pipe are matched with an external booster pump, and the inside of the filter element can be pressurized by the external booster pump.

The water source inside the filter element is subjected to high pressure to penetrate the water source outward, so as to achieve the effect of precise filtration of the water source, and at the same time, the pressure state inside the filter element is monitored in real time through the pressure gauge.

When the air pressure inside the filter element is higher than the tolerance range, the pressure can be released in time through the pressure relief valve to ensure the stability of the air pressure inside the filter element, avoid the danger of device explosion, and ensure the safety of the device.

Thereby, the safety of the device is improved. The threaded pipe at the bottom of the sewage pipe can be connected to an external conveying pipe, and the secondary filter can be connected to the external conveying pipe.

Open the drain valve to transport the sewage inside the filter element to the secondary filter to facilitate the secondary filtration of the sewage.
