The function of the condensed water filter is to filter out impurities in the condensed water to protect the equipment that reuses the condensed water.

Features

  • The iron removal rate is high.
    Equipment structure design and special treatment medium, high filtration precision (up to 1µm); in the application of iron removal in condensate water, the iron content in the filtered water can easily be reduced to below 0.05ppm.
  • Does not change water hardness.
    Porous ceramic filter material is used, due to the high sintering temperature, the filtration performance is stable, and there is no hardness precipitate.

The system adopts the method and structure of point-by-point pulse gas-water composite backwashing, which greatly reduces the amount of backwashing water, increases the specific surface area of the filter material, and prolongs the backwashing cycle. When the iron content in the condensate system is above 6ppm on average, the filtration cycle is about 7 days, and when the average iron content is 2–3ppm, the filtration cycle is backwashed once every 14–21 days.
